The Publisher’s Edition of Shelby Cars in Detail is produced in a limited series and is signed by Shelby American drivers Mario Andretti, Bob Bondurant, and Dan Gurney, and by Cobra Coupe designer Peter Brock, GT350 engineer Chuck Cantwell, and legendary fabricator Phil Remington.

The Publisher’s Edition dust jacket shows details of the Cobra Coupe of Dan Gurney and Bob Bondurant, CSX 2299. Inside, the book features a special 36-page added section with period photographs by Dave Friedman, more photography by Boyd Jaynes, and fascinating memorabilia and documents from the Collection’s archives. Some examples include letters to and from Carroll Shelby, GT40 and Cobra sales brochures, and Ken Miles’s FIA competition license. Only 250 copies of the deluxe version of The Publisher’s Edition have been produced.
